Kasfold Sprint 3000
Specifically designed to meet the requirements of the digital print market (whilst remaining 100% Litho friendly). The new Sprint 3000 model has many innovative design concepts providing a reasonably priced solution to short-run booklet production in
digital printshops.
The Sprint 3000 happily produces the highest quality of booklet without marking the cover or inside sheets. The success of the Sprint 3000 is based on experience gained from over 1800 Kasfold installations in the UK.
The Sprint 3000 can also be fitted with optional loop staple heads this needs to be requested when ordering.
The Sprint 3000 produces A4, A5 and A6 finished size booklets at up to 1500 per hour. Each collated set is fed into the bookletmaker by hand, the machine takes over and the set is jogged from both sides, centre stapled, folded and front edge trimmed if required.

Booklet Press
The new table-top Booklet Press is designed to improve the flatness of folded and stapled booklets, from any make of stapler-folder bookletmaker.
Give your booklets an extra sharp, folded edge, especially on bulky A4 booklets. The Booklet Press can be used left or right handed. Booklets given this extra pressing, make for easier handling and inserting into envelopes etc.
To use the Booklet Press simply hold 5-10 books against the lay and slide the pressing roller up and down the folded edges, giving a crisp, flat finish to your booklets.
