The Duplo DF-915 is a fully self-setting, automatic two plate friction feed folding machine.

The operator simply loads up to 400 sheets of A5, A4 or A3 paper into the feed tray (no need to shingle the paper), select the fold style from the six standard fold types and press start. The DF-915 sets the fold plates and take-away wheels and commences folding.

Irregular sheet sizes can be folded by simply keying-in the sheet length and selecting the fold style, once again the folder will calculate the fold positions and set the machine automatically. Up to 13800 sheets per hour can be produced on stock up to 160gsm.

A batch count facility is standard, as is a 2 position memory for 2 regular non-standard folds.
